Recently we (my family and I) got a nutribullet. Well, I completely and utterly fell in love with it and I would never go back and change that. Not now, not ever. Over the past few weeks I have discovered many delicious combinations of fruit and veg and I thought it would be a cool idea to share some with you.
Berry Elements
This is one of my own creations that I discovered when we were low on fruit and I’ve loved it since the first sip.
You will need…
1/2 a cup of frozen blackberries (it probably tastes the same unfrozen but yeah..)
4 or 5 strawberries
2 handfuls of blueberries
1 banana
water
Toxin Cleansing Blast
I think this one is from the small booklet that comes with the nutribullet and personally this is not my favourite but my family all love it so here we go…
You will need…
2 handfuls of spinach
1 cored pear (tastes just as good without though)
1 cored apple
1 cup of pineapple
water
Mango and Summer Fruits Classic
I tied this one at a little café in Marazian,Cornwall, and have loved it ever since. The recipe may sound simple but trust me its delicious.
2 to 3 handfuls of frozen berries
1/2 a cup of mango juice
dash of water
I know there aren’t many recipes now but I promise ‘ll add on them over time so stay tuned!
