You will need…
175g of butter (softened)
175g caster sugar
225g self-raising flour
50g flaked almonds
3 large eggs
- Preheat the oven to 180’C and grease a cake tin with baking paper.
- Measure all the ingredients, put them in a bowl and mix them together.
- Put your cake mix in your tin and put the tin in the oven for 30mins.
